You're missing the point.

They can take however long, but when a company lacks communication and brushes off even ignores their customers to the point where people start to speculate...

That's problematic and they CAN and SHOULD do better. Even an update every 48-72 hours would help keep down the speculation.

Making excuses for them won't help them get better.

On top of that, it's foolish to defend companies not paying you a piece of their marketing budget.

(I own a brick and mortar business and my customers are treated WELL, but that's the expectation where I'm from. They can do better and I stand by that 100%.)

I'm guessing you guys are doing the best you can do with your current team, but it's clear you guys could use a helping hand.

You should consider hiring more help to support your customers or help you guys on the fulfillment side.

In the beginning, you all used to offer a better service, but you've only gotten slower with time.

Time to expand to keep up with the demand.

I'm sure you could even find a good person to hire from right here within your own forum.
